If you need to get a sandwich pretty quickly, this is the place to go to. You can get it even faster when you place an order online. I ordered the Wreck and Italian sandwiches from here. They are pretty consistent with the quality, and it does its job of filling me up.

Another great quality sub/sandwich shop. Tried the new prime rib sandwich. The prime rib was tender and had a great meaty flavor. The bread was nicely toasted and soft on the inside. First time trying the Mac & cheese and it was amazing. The 3 cheese blend was rich and creamy, so flavorful. I added bacon and the bacon was perfectly meaty and cooked perfectly. Had to get the limited time apple cider donut sundae and boy was it filling. The donut was warm dense and moist with a great apple cinnamon flavor. The vanilla ice cream on top was great quality as well. 4.9

Not really sure why this place doesn’t have a five star rating. Probably had every sandwich in the area and they are by far the best ones. I order on the app. They have always been efficient and consistent every time I order from them. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I work in the same complex and decided to give potbelly a try. The first few times were great, however lately I’ve been quite disappointed. Our sandwiches are always missing the add-ons and they also don’t add enough meat. I once ordered the blta and it had two tiny little strips of bacon…it’s so convenient for us to stop by for lunch, but now I debate whether if it’s even worth ordering from.

I did not eat at this location, but could vouch for the Potbelly sandwich. I traveled to Phoenix for business and at lunch they catered these sandwiches. The company order a massive variety of them and they were cut in half for ease of picking different varieties. They all looked so good, it was hard to choose. I had the Italian and the roasted chicken. Delicious. Vegie looked great….they all did. The bread was still warm from toasting. The also had a lot of other sides. Wonderful, fresh salad, chips and massive fresh cookies. What I am getting to is that either dine in or take out or cater, this place was great.

Just wanted to preface that I’ve ordered take out at this location a few times and had no issues. However, today when I went to pick up my order a worker said it wasn’t there and that someone prob stole it. First off she didn’t even apologize and rudely informed me that they couldn’t remake the order until I paid again…how is your flaw in the pick up system a customers fault? She then proceeded to hint that b/c I arrived late (yes I was 20min late b/c I work a few stores down and had customers to attend to) that it was my fault it was gone. Super embarrassing w/all the customers in line looking at us uncomfortably…so after a min of discussing w/a coworker, she finally decided to remake my meal. Most places don’t even blink an eye to remake someone’s food if it was taken, it’s common courtesy! I appreciate them remaking the meal, however they didn’t include any of the add ons that we originally ordered…To top it off she said next time we’re not going to remake it for free if it happens again.

I’d like to preface this with I’ve never eaten anything from there before. My husband went to pick up our sandwiches and he calls me and tells me they are out of the meat for mine (I believe they would be open for another 3 1/2 hours, so that gives the first red flag). I look at their site trying to figure out what else to get and choose tuna, figuring can’t go wrong with tuna. I could not have been more wrong.

So I stopped by for water on a diet. Saw the menu and had to come back. My recommendation? Pizza sandwich with peppers/onions/Italian seasoning and the powerhouse salad. I legit use this as a topping. They have this great spicy thing in in the center, greens, cucumber and avocado, perfect for a sandwich toping. Asked if they could do an Oreo, chocolate malt and it was delicious.

I think of this, in all areas, as a definite step above the other sandwich shop that we are all familiar with, though with a more limited menu.

Stopped by the first time to give it a shot. Everything on the menu sounds good. I ordered a Mediterranean it was lacking any kind of flavor and the middle was cold… The set up is very confusing …. And why the hell are the counters ridiculously tall!? The employees were nice and I have no complaints about the staff or the building or anything. It was clean and everyone was friendly enough. I just don’t think I’d come back based on my experience.. and they also don’t have gluten free bread so I wouldn’t even be able to bring any of my friends. ♂️
