Awful this morning 21June 2023 at 0830 am. No Donut selection. Manager pulls employee from helping me at the front counter to help drive thru. She would not answer my question as to why and never offered any acknowledgment or eye contact. Employees were doing their best but Manager was not leading or doing her job. I had 3 different employees help put my order together. If it was not for their efforts I would have never gotten my order completed. Never got a receipt! Just do drive thru at this location!!!

This store is disgusting. They have horrible customer service. Young kids with no manners, profanity language. Long waits in drive through and inside . Today waited for 45 mins for a drink and sandwich , manager was on cook and messed up everyone’s orders some more than once. Worst Dunkin in Huntsville Area .

Really love this store. The people are always dressed to impress. They are helpful with suggestions and the store is always decorated, clean, and stocked. The drive thru is also very clean. I literally drive out of my way to visit this store over the store that is near my house.

This outlet only has enough staff to service the drive through customers. My wife and I walked out unserved, as did a number of others, after waiting and watching three young men push order after order out the drive through window. We went to Rooster’s Crow for coffee and pastries instead.

Very bad experience. Apparently the ordering counter was close and ordering was to be done at the pick up counter. The two ladies pictured went about their duties and were satisfied to let me languish at the order counter, seeing me, not acknowledging me and offering no assistance. After a few minutes of being ignored I walked the 3 feet down to the pick up counter and asked if someone was on duty. The kid working the takeout window came and addressed me letting me know they weren’t using the ordering counter. And the coffee was burned.

Ordered on the Mobil app.. a large latte and, having clicked the offer for a free medium coffee, I order a med coffee too. At the end I was charged for both. When I asked how that could be corrected when I got to the store, the main point is the response was the only 2 people there are high school students and didn’t know how to do any kind of refund via the app. I wasn’t offered a cash refund either. So much for the new and improved app.
