While I’ve gone here many times and had no issues a new girl became mine. I got there 5-8 minutes before my order was ready and said absolutely no rush and that I was early. Well they said 5 minutes I sat and waiting 15 minutes for my bags that were already there because she forgot my name and didn’t bother asking. When I had mentioned it when I said I was early. She apologized but didn’t offer to remake anything that’s been sitting there. I get there early because if not it’s just soggy. And that’s exactly what I got when I got home. There goes 40$

Our meal across the board fries included came with a vat of grease. Called & spoke to the manager and he wasn’t very interested. I had to reheat everything & drain it on paper towels to get some of the grease off of it. Won’t be back to this location ever.

My family and I love the wings from Wingstop. Many great flavors to choose from and we have never been disappointed. The fries taste great but I wish they were more crispy. The celery and carrot sticks are always fresh. Takeout is the way to go as the store in Decatur is small with only 2 or 3 tables and if the table in front is occupied, good luck getting to the back table. Very small waiting area up front so on a Fri / Sat night it gets crowded quickly and loud. The folks there are friendly but they have high turnover. Sometimes it’s not very professional in there…nothing bad.. just not very business-like and the place always looks like it could use a good cleaning.

Went up there to have a nice meal, mid way through my chicken all I hear is the HARD R, that’s unacceptable, not only that but from a caucasian female. I had to walk out and leave now I’m embarrassed to have my family there with me next time, if there is a next time, I want to give shout outs though to the hard working men in that kitchen Eric and Dylan they worked so hard and made my food delectable.

ABSOLUTELY UNDERCOOKED (raw) AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. The “manger” (Wednesday evening shift) was unable to give a refund/credit for the wings although she had MENTIONED on the phone that the customer that got the previous batch came back because they were UNDERCOOKED. She then stated we had to travel back for our order of 75 wings to show proof. DISGUSTING service as I have a family and don’t have time for people who cannot make basic human judgement. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE – STAY AWAY!!!! **NOT TO MENTION THIS IS A CHICKEN FOOT TOENAIL**

Super annoyed with the staff. We decided to dine in and the staff was as unprofessional as you can get. Cussing, yelling, and just rude. Zero etiquette. As we were half way through our meal one the guys that worked there made a comment to another employee as he was going to the restroom and said “every time you go in there it always stinks! It’s like a bomb that goes off!” You can tell that the guy going to the restroom was really embarrassed. I felt really bad for him. It’s just rude and it’s definitely something you don’t say in restaurant, as loud as you can when people are eating! My husband and I left. Completely lost our appetite.
