Friendly service and clean inside. I liked the pumpkin latte and croissant sandwich but the lemon doughnut wasn’t that good.

I ordered on grubhub, and get a phone call that they’re out of half of the donuts that I ordered. Overall the replacements were decent but not what I wanted. I ordered when they opened. How do they not have anything prepared ahead of time?! Especially glazed and Boston creme?!

I love this specific location! I’m a customer who comes to Dunkin daily and a lot of the times I’m one of the first customers in the mornings. The girls who work there are always super sweet and have a good attitude for it being 5:00 AM! They always get my order correct and they’re at the point of memorizing my order! Definitely a loyal customer to the Eastgate location!

I ordered a plain bagel with two strawberry cream cheeses on the side and two hash browns and the food was awful. The hash browns were mushy and greasy. The bagel had the cream cheese put on it (which I wanted on the side) and it was smeared all on the top. The bagel itself looked like two different tops and bottoms like they took a plain top and a multigrain bottom and put them together. The bagel had a huge black burn mark on the side of it. I called 3 times to speak to someone about it but nobody ever answered.

I came in during the morning through drive-through. This woman named Belinda was working and she was the sweetest most helpful Dunkin worker, especially since my last time through had not been so well. She definitely made my day.

The last 3 times I’ve been to this location it has been so unbearable Hot in the store, so hot in fact my doughnuts were starting to melt. The first time I thought maybe their ac was out but it was the same way every time I’ve been back and this was all over the span of a month in a half.. STOP BEING PENNY PINCHERS AND AT LEAST TURN THE DAMN AIR ON.

I will never ever buy dunkin donut from this store again. The staff is purely cold hearted. They don’t give one care who you are, who you’re with, and what us customers do. Here I will tell you why. We have a gender reveal, we somehow arranged and gone through all of the thinking and planning and choose to go with the dunkin donut. Our mom placed and paid the order for us on the internet. All we have to do is to pick it up. So we went through the drive through and my husband was very politely asked her (the staff) as soon as he sees her face and told her that “Ok, please don’t tell us what’s inside the bag, because it’s a gender reveal thing, it’s a surprise”. And boom. Just like that, she decided to open her mouth and said “ok, we don’t have jelly munkin” the staff doesn’t care nor have a brain not even a sympathy to human beings. When we told her it’s a gender reveal thing. She should have informed and asked that. Look, there are missing items. Would you like to know what items are mising. We will tell her exactly what that no, we don’t mind what’s missing. We will take that responsibility. Don’t worry about it. That would have been a long life never forgotten memory. But no just like that. This happened 2 hours ago today. And this can never go back. The deal is done. We can’t undo it. My husband and I were completely shocked and speechless in a car and she saw that. And I was seriously crying hard in there and trying to hold myself together. It was bad. I was shaking and all over the place. We didn’t expect to get reveal inside of the car. We want it private we didn’t want people to see our reactions. This whole thing would have happened at home instead of in public.

Seems like a hostile work environment for the employees. Won’t give breaks to the employees unless your a minor. Management told employees that they need everyone to go clock out on time however, sometimes employees are needed to stay over and basically if you don’t, your not a team player and maybe you should go work somewhere else. Management’s complete disregard for employees working in a space reaching 80°-85° for an extended period of time (over 30 days IN THE SUMMER) do to a faulty thermostat, Mismanaging the store by way of under staffing the store to the point the walk in was closed and repeatedly closing one lane of the drive thru (orange cone placed in the right drive through lane). Just know when you see that cone, there’s not enough people scheduled to handle the volume. An employee got fired whilst dealing with an aggressive, unruly customer. (no physical contact just exercising his 1st amendment right) Plus more…

Jammed 7 donuts in a small bag. They were all smashed and icing stuck all over in the bag. Bottom donut was upside down so all icing was removed from the donut. Donuts have been sold in boxes for decades for a reason, please consider using boxes.

I went through the drive-thru and purchased two drinks. I noticed my coffee didn’t taste correctly. I went in and asked to be made another. I wasn’t upset and added on an avocado toast. The batista didn’t seem happy with me, but I get it. I tipped a little extra. My drink tasted the same. Maybe they’ve changed the Carmel macchiato and stopped putting bagel seasoning on the avocado toast?
