Everything is a solid for the taste the amount of food you get the people that work there and their attitude all that together comes to a strong 4 ! .. I’d give it a five but the price is where the four take shape. Cant leave a five for these prices!!! It’s not just Napa it’s everywhere there’s a habit burger. There are teenage staff there that seem like they are ready at any minute to be crazy wild and disrespectful like they usually are but they are barely holding back maybe because management tells them they better be on their best behavior so they try their best but you could tell they’re mischievous and they want Prefer to be bad !!

It was the best burger we’ve had for a long time. We were pleasantly surprised at how good our Teriyaki Charburger and Portobello Charburgers were, and we will definitely be going back to try another burger. The fried green beans were really good as well.

Delicious burgers every time! My husband and I can both eat for less than $16, two burgers, and share the fries. If we splurge, sometimes we get fried green beans, which i highly recommend. They also have fresh ranch and Pepperochini available for free.

Good burgers with a great attitude. The staff, not the burgers. I like having the lettuce wrap option for calorie watchers. Burgers are really tiny, but they are delicious, so are the fries. The section where you can take whatever pickles etc you want is a good touch. It’s better than most of the old and famous burger chains.

This review is a result of a total lack of customer service. It began in September when I went to this location for take out food. I received change for a $20 bill when I had given the cashier a $50. After stepping away I noticed and immediately returned and asked for the correct change. After a discussion that resolved nothing, I was asked for my phone number by the night manager and told that I would be contacted the next day. No call. After a few days I tried to find the contact info online and only found the “Habit Listens” website to which I sent a message describing my experience. Habit didn’t listen because once again, no call. After my third attempt to contact this company I posted a yelp review and received a “We’re sorry, please provide a phone number to reach you” response. So now, a few months later, I have still not heard from anyone. It’s too bad because Habit was our favorite burger in town and we frequented there a few times a month. It seems as though this would have been an easy thing to resolve given the use of cameras inside and outside of the store with it very likely that one is trained on the counter. I am posting this because of the terrible customer service that I have received with the lost money secondary. The customer is always right and good service do not apply to this business.
