Pan pizza was almost overcooked, and wish the cheese went all the way to the crust. I ended up throwing out the last 2 inches of each slice, and the elderly lady I work for couldn’t chew it, but it was still pretty good. The taste and high quality ingredients make up for their downfalls.

I was so sad when the old Pizza Hut in Northport closed, but the new location has far exceeded my expectations! I have never had an issue with the quality or accuracy of my order here, the customer service is always great and the speed to which my food is ready is always so convenient. The food is always exceptional and, to be honest, looks like the pictures you see online. Once they get the new drive thru situated correctly it will be a breeze to pull up to the hut lane!

8/1/2024 Tried calling at 5:30pm no one would answer the phone just got got here to place order at 7:45 pm and they would not take my order. They told me that they was not taking anymore orders because they was closing in 6 minutes. It shows hours of operation Sunday-Thursday 10:30am-10:00pm

When this location gets it right, they get it right. They have good customer service most days. However, I’ve had 2 occasions when they’ve been out of supplies but I was not informed until I went in for pickup. Once, they ran out of boxes and today out of dough. I’m sure the employees can’t control that, but it would be nice to just phone the customers and let them know before they arrive to pick up. Or they shouldn’t allow orders to be placed into the system if they’re out of something as significant as dough.

I’ve ordered here a few times. Never really have issues. Staff has been friendly and delivery has been fast. My only issue is every time I order cheese sticks, they are always over cooked. There hasn’t been one time they are not over cooked. So it seems like there is no cheese even though there is. Other than that, never had a complaint.

Ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese. It was just sad. Over cooked. Didn’t even look like a pan pizza. Dry overcooked crust. Ugh. Pizza Hut is known for the pan pizza. This was a waste of money. Two stars because the delivery driver was fast and courteous. Otherwise, one star- since the only good thing about the pizza is it didn’t kill us. Order from somewhere else.

Very rude staff. Ordered a pizza for a cancer patient that needed extra sauce and the cashier told me I didn’t. When I tried to show her proof that I did she didn’t even look at me and wanted to wait another 30 minutes while she remake it. I’m good just give me my money back. Next time will try Papa John’s or anywhere else besides them.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have a problem with them every time I order from them and to be honest I don’t know why I keep giving them chance after chance. I always order light sauce and for some reason to them that means extra sauce and they never give me enough cheese. But tonight was the last straw, I asked them why my pizza look like this they told me that the medium Pizza come with a cup of cheese and a large pizza come with a cup of cheese and if I wanted extra cheese I will have to pay for it, I told them I don’t want extra cheese I just want cheese so I will not be eating there anymore.
