My experience at this restaurant left me thoroughly impressed, especially with the Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich. Despite the common tendency for fried food to lack flavor, the sandwich was made to perfection and well-seasoned, providing a satisfying taste with every bite. The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like family from the moment I walked in. Seafood lovers who appreciate top-quality cuisine will enjoy this place. The vibrant and family-oriented atmosphere inside the restaurant adds to its charm. I highly recommend checking out their reasonably priced lunch specials, as well as their larger dinner-sized meals that provide good value. Additionally, the crinkle-cut fries were cooked to perfection, which is another notable point to consider. Overall, if you are looking for a great seafood experience, I highly recommend this restaurant and its Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich.

Got the salmon patties very small and very little salmon in the patties mostly breading, side salad was wilted did not taste fresh. Red rice not much flavor. I would not recommend this dish but my wife had crab cakes and grits and I sampled it and it was delicious. I hope that the owner will take my comments to heart.

Catfish Catfish. Red rice, shrimp and corn. Very good, seasoned well food came out quickly. Very polite and helpful staff. I have to try the crabcakes next. I ordered the 2 piece fish with fried shrimp (I think you should devein your shrimp) and chicken tenders. Sweet tea was very good as well

Ordered the seafood platter. The lady at the register was very sweet and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh. They’re made to order so I would call ahead if you’d like to pick up a to go order. Definitely will go again!

I was working in the area recently, wanted to eat low-country style fish, checked Google reviews and knew this was the place to go. No disappointments! Turn back the clock to simpler times with music from the 60’s, a clean simple decor, very friendly staff, good low-country style food and reasonable prices and you will have arrived here. The $6.99 lunch special had many choices on the black board. I wanted deep fried flounder that was crispy and not greasy. Check! French fries also crispy and not greasy. Check! Tartar sauce and ketchup in squeeze bottles, not packets. Check! However, the hush puppies were a little bland; not a deal breaker. I visited with the owner who was on hand to be sure everything was as it should be and realized this eight year old establishment is a success because it is run just like a family business should be. I’ll be back!

This is honestly the best place to go for lunch in the Mauldin area. My husband and I love this place. The food is always hot and made to order, seasoned well, and the staff and owner are always pleasant! This place is a true gem here in the Upstate!

I have to say that I was honestly impressed. Fried food has a tendency of being bland but this place was anything but. Everything was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Everything tasted better than expected. I’ll DEFINITELY be back and highly recommend the place as a foodie, local, and as a personal recommendation to anyone that has a love of seafood done right. Inside atmosphere was vibrant and friendly. Feels like family from the moment you open the door.

They will either forget the bulk of your order, or give you subpar food. The food and service is only A1 if you eat in the restaurant. I would frequent this restaurant often in about 2019-2020. It’s been about 3 years since i’ve ordered from them and I see why. I never get my full order, or the food is cold and nasty. I’d rather take my money to Harbor Inn if I want fish and sides. I was really rooting for them but it’s always something with them.

So happy we found this place. It checked all the boxes because we were “hangry.” SEAFOOD boil, kids devoured it. Mussels and pasta, delicious and cooked to perfection! SEAFOOD platter with baked beans and coleslaw was surprisingly delicious!!! Best coleslaw from any place I’ve ever eaten. Chicken Alfredo, delicious and the chicken well seasoned and cooked just right. We will DEFINITELY return again and again. Staff very friendly.
