There was about 15-20min before I ordered, placed order, specifically asked for no tomatoes. Paid, she handed me the card but didn’t hand receipt. Don’t just throw it away before asking the customer, do they want. I could’ve been buying for someone else who needed to see proof. Waited another minute or so for her to print another. Then I couldn’t read the receipt #triedit Received drink (okay), fries (old and gross), burger (pretty much cold) with a huge tomatoe! Ugh! Asked for sauce, was given 1. Luckily, I had somewhere to be, otherwise, I would’ve turned around and went inside for a new order! The honey mustard allowed me to eat some of my burger even though there was tons of ketchup and a dash of mayo. I’m glad I don’t live on that side of town. It’s always about freshness and presentation to me! It was an epic fail and I will NOT go back! Good day!

When we finally received our second order not only did we only receive half our order but the order that we did receive wasn’t made correctly!!! This place is an absolute joke. They never acknowledge you when you walk in, even if you’re waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes. They don’t start making the order for grubhub or doordash until you are at the store and even at that, they don’t get around to entering it into the system until they acknowledge you and finally put the order in. Would never dine here if I was starving. They all seem to hate there job and have absolutely no people skills. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m generally not a huge fan of BK, but that spicy chicken sandwich is really good. Ranks up there with Popeye’s, if you’ve tried one of those. It was fried perfectly – still juicy, tender, and crispy even on my 20 minute drive home to Guthrie. The fries were crispy and nice, too. It took a little while to get the food, but the manager apologized and upgraded our combos to large for the wait, which was very nice. Had a great experience!

Worst burger King I’ve ever been to. Terrible service, they were even out of hamburger meat – seriously !! Had to get chicken sandwiches the buns were hard and stale. The fries were cold and the sodas were nearly only carbonated water. Burger King is always my go to for fast food but this one is terrible.
