I am not, I repeat not a McDonald’s fan since I was a child, but I was pleasantly surprised at the kind service and hot food, especially the fries. It was about 23:00 when I decided to take a chance and venture over to McDonald’s. The young guy at the window was nice and didn’t look ghetto at all. He said thank you and have a nice evening. I thought I was in the twilight zone. Nice servants, and at McDonald’s! That blew me away. It’s not the trifling ghetto service from the McDonald’s at 103rd off Stateline. If you are looking for non-English speaking, the real trifling, bonnet wearing, fake fingernails bad attitude then go to the 103rd street and Stateline road store. Classy! Real ghetto fabulous.

This place has been understaffed for quite some time now and ownership clearly does not care. Drive-thru regularly takes an abnormally long amount of time, including regularly being told to wait at the ordering speaker for several minutes. This McDonald’s is probably one of the worst ones that I’ve ever visited. No soda fountain in the dining room, maybe 3 employees, drive thru line adding around the building. Lady was nice ish, but she was clearly stressed and overworked. I felt bad for her and didn’t want to bother her for water because she was so busy. I could have gotten myself if there had been a soda fountain in the dining room. It’s probably to discourage kids from nearby schools from loitering but still, it’s inconvenient.
