In a world where different pizza chains boast about having “NY Style pizza” but really don’t, Romeo and Juliet’s brings it all day every day (except Sundays) with the authentic NY style pizza flavor!! We missed them tremendously while they were gone for 11 months, and so I had to give “Juliet” a BIG HUG when I went back for the first time since their re-opening! And then I ordered my large pie (half cheese, half pepperoni), and savored every bite of that stringy cheese and that wonderful tomato sauce flavor!

After a year of anticipation, Romeo & Julieta has finally opened its doors. This small, family-run business is known for serving the best pizza in town. Today, I had the pleasure of trying their new menu item, the Mexican Pie. Made with seasoned ground beef and spicy jalapeños, it was a delightful combination of flavors. I must admit, it has quickly become one of my favorites, alongside their mouth-watering white pizza that is as cheesy and satisfying as it looks in the commercials. I guarantee that these delicious pizzas will keep you coming back for more.

Went for the first time tonight and this place is bangin. The owners are very nice, helpful, and a great sense of humor! They brought out garlic knots, didn’t ask for them they just offered them as it was our first time, and their’s were some of the best I’ve had. Kind of crispy/light instead of the traditional extra doughy kind, with a delicious marinara that left us wanting more. We ordered a large pizza, 1/2 House Pie and 1/2 Buffalo Chx, and we had a hard time trying to decide which was better as both tasted phenomenal. This place is the definition of a true mom and pop locally owned business with great food and wonderful people. 10/10 must try for anyone who hasn’t been!

This place is amazing! Everything is cooked to order. The pasta dishes were fantastic and well worth the money. Huge portions! My son had Stromboli and said it was the best he had had. Very friendly personal service. The restaurant is quite small and very simple. So if you are good with super casual this place is for you. Noticed a ton of take out orders which my son will be doing frequently due to being around the corner. Great job !

We had lunch at Romeo and Juliet Pizzeria today on Mt Holly-Huntersville next to Food Lion. I had Spinach Stromboli and mu husband had Hawaiian Stromboli. Wow! We never expected that they were so good!!! The owner said they make everything fresh from scratch. It’s a small place and actually I was thinking of going to Tony’s Pizza (also on the same street after W.T. Harris) instead, but we took a chance and oh man, glad we ate there. The cheese tasted so fresh, the spinach has a hint of cilantro, and the crust is so good! It’s pretty big for $9.99, but I finished mine and so as Albert. His Hawaiian (pineapple, bacon and ham) was delicious also. I think you’ll love their food. We will try their pasta and pizza next time.

Just picked up our first order from Romeo and Juliet. We ordered a grandmas pie, garlic knots and a Brooklyn Philly. Dough is delicious, thin, crispy and chewy at the same time with great flavor! Knots are the same, chewy, crispy, very good. The downside to everything is all of the food, all of it, is sprinkled with a seasoning that is overloaded with rosemary. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t care for it. Far too overpowering and kinda ruined our meal. Very nice people, they have the right idea, but the “sprinkle” doesn’t belong. We may try again and ask to leave it out of all of our dishes.

This is only a few pictures. This restaurant was exactly if not more of what I expected. It is definitely family friendly, the customer service is spectacular, and the food don’t even get me started. Delicious! Perfect for a quick bite or even to sit down and really enjoy a meal that makes you feel like your home! And the pizza was so enjoyable it was a New York job pizza with perfect mozzarella, perfect amount of oils on my pizza just how I like it!!!!

I love this little strip mall joint. The food is delicious. I love the garlic parmesan chicken wings, the garlic cheese bread, and fresh salads. Their pizza is just as phenomenal. While the food is enough to keep me coming back, the customer service is fantabulous. It’s run by a warm friendly couple who always find a moment to connect with their customers. I owe them an orange crush, so will be back very soon.
