The wait was so long I didn’t order. There was a lobby full of people waiting as well as people outside waiting. As I walked in, a guy was asking about his order ( a hot and ready) since he had been waiting 25 minutes already and was told it would be another 15 minutes. When I heard that I walked out because I knew from the amount of people waiting I would have been waiting for at least 45 minutes and for me that’s too long for just a simple hot and ready.

Just got through watching a young lady with gold and green dreads cuss out a guy who had been waiting longer than I had for food. The time is 4:52 July 1st the person who is working at the window taking orders should no longer take orders just watch them curse out an individual who is just concerned about the time of getting their food. When I enter there were only a few pizzas in the oven I watch pizzas in the oven feel to capacity as the cashier at the time only handed out three pizzas in my 20 to 30 minute wait. This is an acceptable the air conditioning guy is there present at this time to fix the air in there as there was none it was hard to breathe I feel claustrophobic something needs to change about this location immediately from personnel to interpersonal skills training there needs to be a complete wipe of this location. Thank you to the tall young gentleman with the dreads who began rectifying orders. He deserves a raise I watched him refund an irate customers money with ease. They don’t teach you that in school he’s a natural promote him.

The people at this location are very ghetto!! I ordered, two hot and ready pizza’s and an order of cheesy bread. The food was good but the customer Service sucked. They are slow, and the person at the register didn’t want to be there working clearly. I will eat Little Caesars, but Not at this location. Go somewhere else

This particular Little Caesars Pizza restaurant offers very tasty pizza for those who frequent Little Caesars Pizza however, they seem to frequently have trouble with hiring staff with the ability to fill out customers orders correctly; they simply struggle to get it right and as a result frustrated customers experience longer wait times, some simply leave and the establishment loses revenue. Little Caesars prides itself on hiring younger people which is absolutely admirable but in addition the site managers are around the same age. Perhaps, if Little Caesars Pizza were to hire managers a bit more mature to organize the work flow of their younger staff members the general public may experience better service. Just a thought; until then I’m not ready to give up on Little Caesars they have been a community staple for decades and a much needed employer in our community. It’s not that easy working with the youth of today keeping in mind working at Little Caesars may be their first employment experience so, keep up the good works with our youth Little Caesars; we appreciate you.

This is the worst Little Caesars in Detroit…I went here today ordered a Thin crust with everything…do you think that’s what was in the box when I got home…NO….it was nothing I ordered & I payed $15.90 USD for something I didn’t receive. I was so mad when I reach home & my 6 year old son said MoMA look at our pizza…it was so wrong. I ordered light cause there was so much I was discussed …the crust wasn’t thin & half the things I payed for weren’t there…saved my receipt & took pictures of the pizza Little Caesars Corporation going to get a helluva email from dissatisfied customers

This was the worst little ceasars i even been to. They were giving everyone wrong orderd. They messed up a door dashers order and they told my husband he ate 2 cheesebreads in under 2 mins in the car and they didnt want to give him what they didnt give him. Then didnt gice us our pretzel pizza or our 9 sauces we paid for. I tried calling no one answered. Rudest and most disrespectful little ceasars i ever been to. If there was a 0 star or negative i would have given that.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here! How ever if you do be sure to check your order before leaving. Made it all the way home before realizing they gave me the wrong order. They don’t answer the phone. When my husband brought the pizza back up there they were rude and just back there playing, and laughing. Several other people in the store orders were wrong as well.

Thought I’d try something different, so I got the parmesan wingz. They were really good. I also tried ordering directly online from them for the first time. The touch less option they have when you order is cool. You just pay they let you know when it’s ready for you to pick up. Then, they send a code to you to enter into their food pick-up oven looking portal thing and go. However, customer service is very important to me. So I prefer to see speak with people. If I had not needed someone to tell me that, I could just use the code they sent me to grab my food and go. I didn’t think anyone would have even come out. Even to say hello. Which is sad. However, if you’re a grab and go, no time for pleseantries time of person good for you. Definitely recommend ordering online. Don’t forget to try their wings. Overall: Good Food, Fast Service, Covenient.
