Great service! Small inside but convenient for other shoppers. Locate next to Ala Moana Management Office. Plenty of parking. You can also order ahead through their mobile app so you don’t have to wait in line during peak hours. Breakfast serves all day. Must try their iced coffee, its affordable and big.

It was not very crowded at all, or busy. There is no public restroom, which I find very irritating in Hawaii, especially for restaurants. I also had to ask the cashier if she was ready to take my order, as she just stood there and said nothing to me, like “may I help you?” or anything. The place did have good deals on food, and it was served promptly.

This was the tiniest eat-in store I’ve ever seen. The food was predictable and relatively fresh considering it’s all imported. Prices were predictable, higher than mainland for the same product but to be expected in Hawaii. If you’re looking for basic fast food fare, come here.

The cashier was extremely friendly! She made sure we were well taken care of, and definitely made our experience a pleasure. I wish I caught her name, because she deserves a raise . Also, the food was above average for a fast food restaurant, and overall the experience was great. We will be coming again!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I don’t have high expectations for a fast food restaurant but this place I would have had to drop the bar on the floor to not complain about this experience. The lobby was empty so I can understand the workers being in the back cleaning or doing other side tasks to get through the shift. But no I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for the worker to look up from her phone she then rolled her eyes slowly put away her phone and then slowly walk to the Regester. There was an other employee who looked like they were also sat in the back messing with their phone but I couldn’t see them as clearly as the one sat at a table pulled in the back of the kitchen. When she came up she didnt greet me with anything more than an annoyed “yes”. I know that jack in the box food isnt good to begin with but if this is the general additude of the employees I can’t see this place making any money. And I feel petty posting ghost review but maybe it will get the managers attention and they will fix their night crew.

Ordered the new deli trip and was unimpressed. Bread was cold and hard and not enough pickle. Seems like they ran out of the stacker and tried to sub regular sized pickles. Gonna try it again at my Kaneohe branch Jack in the box to see if it’s better. When they offered this sandwich on their menu in previous years it was great… today’s not so much so.

Service was rude. Got order completely jacked up. And worst of all I was food poisoned and sick for 3 days. Was throwing up all night the worst in my life. The outside smelt like Sewage and a dumpster. I tried to use a text offer coupon for free curly fries and they looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Never going here again and your shouldn’t either

Super fast, friendly staff and clean. I visited from Australia and was keen to try Jack in the Box for the first time. I was impressed, loved the tacos on the side and the burgers where very good, will visit again!!!

I ordered a platter along with an orange juice for breakfast. I found out that the orange juice came with a labelled best used date before 16/17 Feb. The waitress could not find one within the expiration date. She simply provided another soda… I am aware that orange juice could last longer than the labelled expiration date, but 10 days beyond the expiration day is not something that I would expect. Meanwhile, the waitress did not even bother to make an apology.
