My first taste of Garifuna was when they had catered our lunch. I had the Jerk chicken, stewed chicken, beans and rice and Caribbean steamed cabbage! It was all very flavorful and melt in your mouth! Hold up! I didn’t even get to the real star of the show which was the caramel cake! Omg! I didn’t want a slice, give me the whole freakin cake! If you have a sweet tooth, make sure to save some room for dessert!
