Just had the worst pizza ever from this location. In the past they’ve been good. This white pizza I ordered was absolutely soaked through with oil, to where the crust is translucent. It was my only choice for supper, so I choked down a few pieces. Warmed over in the air fryer, it wasn’t much better. There’s still some left, and although it’s against my principles to waste food, I may discard it.

I called my order in for pick up. When I arrived it was about a 10 min wait however my cheese pizza was burnt and the guy flipped the box open where he could see it and passed it to me. I had already paid once I got there. I opened the box and was disappointed. I would have told them to remake it but it’s a rule never send your food back because you can’t see what goes on in the kitchen. So I took a $16 lost

I ordered a cali flower pizza . Since I’ve ordered a cali flower pizza twice before. I was hopeful that I would get a good one .Since the first one I got was awesome ! The second one not so much it was overcooked. This time saying that it’s over cooked wood be a lie. Even though they lift up the box so you can see the pizza. You see the edges of the pizza Burnt which is not unusual for a cali flower pizza. What I was not expecting was for the hole underneath to be burnt,and the pizza to taste like trash.

Good points first. It was ready 10-15 minutes after placing my call. It was also empty in the lobby, so no waiting. Ledo pizza is my favorite pizza, however, this time it was super greasy and warm, not hot like it usually is. Also, the sauce was off. Ledo’s sauce has a certain taste and it was not there tonight.

I always get the pizza for my kid. The wait wasn’t bad. I usually call ahead but this time I walked right in, knew what I wanted and waited out in my car for about 10-12 mins . My order was ready . Cashier was friendly as well.
