This place is horrible for breakfast. Takes forever just to get one biscuit. Then, when you get that biscuit, you realize that no one there in the morning knows how to make a biscuit. Flat, tasteless disc’s with very little actual food on it. Most of the food tastes like it has at under a heat lamp for long periods of time. Something needs to change. You can’t be saying you have breakfast and can’t get the main ingredient right. Bland and tasteless. There are better bojangles out there but this one isn’t it

My friend and I ate breakfast there. The staff was very friendly, & the atmosphere was great. The only issue I had was that I ordered a cajun filet biscuit, & when I took a bite, the biscuit fell apart. I also ordered fries, & they weren’t the best. This was my first time eating at this Bojangles, & not sure if I’ll be returning.

The food is great, but curbside pickup is nonexistent! Waited a good 15 minutes in my car after I checked in and said it was ready. Went inside and picked up somewhat warm food and had to do my own drinks. I’m extremely disappointed.

Did online order for the 12 piece chicken dinner. The drum sticks are tiny and they shorted me a side of coleslaw. Food quality was decent atleast. Also the curbside must no longer be a thing sat out there waiting for 10 minutes before walking in, wasn’t very busy.

Probably the worst service ever, ordered 3 PC Supremes and Cole slaw. Waited over 15 minutes for order. No problem, Cole slaw was dated use before 7/2723. Today is 7/28/23. Was told by one employee she was fixing more, customer behind me ordered coleslaw also, was told there was none available by manager. So I asked how I was getting some if none was available. I also said I hope you are not switching containers with the same slaw the manager flipped out. I told her she said none was available so what was I supposed to think. Customer behind me said same thing.we paid for it so we had right to question it. She did give us our money back for coleslaw . Sorry for long rant but outdated coleslaw can make you sick.

The Freeway Drive location of Bojangles has to be one of the least efficient and most poorly run in their chain. Frequently “out of chicken”, and that’s the prime food they sell. Inexplicably slow when I can see plenty of people in the back. This location’s only salvation is that the food is almost always delicious. It’s just a matter of dealing with the nonsense to get at it. I will mention the lady who works in the dining room is diligent and does an excellent job…the place is spotless when she is on duty.

Evidently this location is confused about what goes on a deluxe chicken sandwich. Clearly it says lettuce and tomato so where does the cheese come in. I spoke to a manager today and she went all the way and said deluxe come with bacon too.. wow! Isn’t that the BLT? This location is already super slow when preparing orders the least you can do is know what goes on a basic chicken sandwich. No apology or options given to correct my order just a justification why the cheese was on it. All these bojangles restaurants are sad, please do better!
