Big menu with lots of options and delicious! The view is great, the drinks are cold and the staff very friendly. It was busy and service was a little slow but we enjoyed the extra few minutes of watching the sunset over the bridge. Looking forward to my next visit to try other things from the menu.

Beautiful day to sit on the patio and enjoy the view at Severn Inn. The chopped salad with dill dressing was very good. Selected the grouper entree with corn salsa and fingerling potatoes. Portion size was generous and tasted great. Wonderful service, too.

I love eating on the water. I love the breeze and crisp ocean air. The Maryland Crab Dip was so delicious. I love the baguette and honey butter. The cream of crab soup, is right up there with the best I ever had! The drinks were amazing. Strong and bold, just like I like it. Full bar and they can make anything you want. You do not have to order from their selection. I had an old fashion made and it was superb! I love a good Espresso Martini for a dessert cocktail, followed by a hot cappuccino. Just needed biscottis for the finishing touch. The service was great. I will be back.

It’s been a long time since last visiting Severn Inn and I’m happy to report everything is at least as good as it’s ever been, maybe a little better. There’s no place else in the area I’d rather eat than on the lower deck on a nice summer day.

There was a women’s party on one deck w/at least 50 women on one outside deck. We sat on another deck which was directly over the water with a view of the Naval Academy on one side, beautiful homes on the other side of the Severn River, w/a view of the river all of the way to the Chesapeake Bay dotted by sailboats. Our service was on time from beginning to end, w/out being slowed by the women’s outing. Parking is free. Perfect day!

Was not worth the trip. The crab dip was all cream cheese and the crab cake was all filler and mushy, how can this happen at a seafood restaurant in MD. The rockfish was dry, the corn dish under the rockfish was good, but really didn’t fit the dish. I also had the worse margarita ever. The two stars is for the view, however, there are many other place to get a better view.
