Got the tonkotsu ramen. It was nice and hot! The broth was good overall. Usually prefer Ryujin ramen in downtown but parking is difficult sometimes. Maru is a good alternative for me!

Stopped here by chance with my nephew and sister. Honestly the ramen was amazing, the broth was really good with lots of flavor. We each ordered something different. Garlic noodles with parm were also nice, food looked beautiful and the people working here were extremely friendly. Overall environment was friendly and relaxed.

Came here on a cold evening and ordered the vegetarian ramen. Yum!!!! I was a bit wary at first about the eggplant. While I eat it, I’ve never seen it served with ramen. It was quite delicious, with a good, hearty texture without being too “slimy.” The broth was rich and creamy, serving size was generous, and noodles were plenty. I do wish there were more veggie additions to this ramen —- the only thing in it was the eggplant, corn, and an egg. The vegan one seems to have more things in it.

Love their ramens?! Will definitely come back to this place whenever I crave ramen. Broth was extremely flavorful off the back. love their pork belly fries too, would love to have bigger portion or more fries, other than that it’s a great ramen place with extremely great customer service and friendly employees.

The chicken Gyozas were delicious. Definitely the best ones I’ve had so far in California. Sweet chili wings are amazing and taste great. Sadly, the veggie ramen was not great. The noodles were not the best. Everything else was delicious.

Wow what a great place for ramen! The Maru Ramen has so much food I couldn’t even finish. The ramen was very flavorful. The noodles were a bit firm but nevertheless the soup was amazing. The bulgogi fries also was good, wish there was more sauce.

Maru Ramen was really a pleasant surprise. I went there yesterday and I ordered the Maru Ramen and the broth was silky, smooth and flavorful. It didn’t taste watered down at all. It had a good amount of meat which a lot of restaurants usually don’t. The pork itself was nice and tender. The toppings were excellent and the Ramen was perfectly cooked. Maru Ramen is connected to Moo cafe and i got the Mint Mojito coffee which i did not expect mint in coffee to be good but that also was a pleasant surprise. Will def make this a regular spot. Cheers!
