Delicious, fresh and authentic! I have eaten from here quite a few times and it’s always on point. From the hand made corn tortillas to the salsas and toppings. Everything is very fresh and no detail is overlooked. I usually get the chicken Gordita and it is perfection! Tender, juicy flavorful chicken with shredded lettuce and queso fresco tucked inside a fresh corn tortilla pocket. It’s served with a tomatillo based salsa with cilantro that compliments it very well. So glad to have great Mexican cuisine right here in Dublin! Thank you Taquería Tlaxcali!!

Very good place to grab good food in Dublin:) food was excellent and very fresh!! Staff is great and very friendly- we even tried grilled cactus 🙂 pretty good! This will one of our regular stops 🙂

Do yourselves a favor, make this your new place. Miriam and the crew at Taqueria Tlaxcali have a deep understanding what authentic Mexican food should taste like. Unbelievable handmade masa corn tortillas made on-site. Delicious nachos, all the meats are outstanding. Simply put, there is not one thing that comes out of Miriams kitchen that isn’t delicious.
