Walked here after my tire flattened, Ordered dunkin there, apple paid, then said BRB from my car. Before heading to the door, got yelled at to return because it didn’t go through as if I was about to steal, whatever my fault, I walked away while it saying authorizing. So I returned and told her it didn’t load yet it declined, and as it was loading for quite some time, she unplugged it. That’s enough time for it to go through. She said to pay again and I said okay.. after I check my account if it already went through, and my account already said pending that amount. I said I already paid, and she said you it didn’t get paid because a receipt wasn’t printed out. Miss Rajni, if you weren’t that slow you’d know its because you unplugged it before you could let it print. I would’ve not let it slide if there wasn’t 3 other people behind me, but I did and paid the extra 10 and gave her the benefit of doubt, but I’m definitely calling her Dunkin and making a complaint.. because I literally showed her money being drawn from my account but you can’t expect anything from ignorance. And then don’t get me started after I took a sip of the caramel craze after this encounter.. I went back and because if i paid double for this dunkin it better be better than what i ordered tf. Embarassed me on a Long day today, and I was not letting this slide without a review incase I forget to call.

They were not quick about it. They did not make my coffee right. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side they charged me for it but did not give me the cream cheese and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave Little scraps of a piece of bacon so basically no bacon.

Amazing staff, They do have new staff join constantly over the year which is why they might be a little slow but they all are nice hard working employees. Coffees are good. Once an employee messed up my coffee but she apologized and instantly made a new one. Clean but only the issue is that they went from a 24 hour Dunkin to closing early.

Unsanitary. She threw the egg on the counter for my sandwhich where everyone puts their hands on. Germs everywhere. Long wait time for online orders. Will never come to again. Or eat their germs.the manager is on the phone speaker speaking in indian. Very unprofessional and unsanitary!!!!!

I go here often because its on my way to work. I’ve ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese on 3 different occasions expecting and hoping the bagels would be fresh but ALWAYS stale. Ive also ordered the bagel bites and its the same + freezer burn smh. The coffee is good and pretty consistent but I wouldn’t order anything else..

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to visit, always friendly, always fast. This is no longer the case. I understand they are most likely short staffed like many places are these days. But the orders are taking way too long (20 minutes for a coffee and bagel bites) and the staff is rude to the customers. I will not be going back to this location again.
