I had a great experience going here yesterday night. I went inside, and the cashier was super kind and they got my food pretty fast. 2/7 deal on chicken and beef n cheddar sandwiches as well as mozzarella sticks. I got 2 orders of sticks and 2 chicken sandwiches. I was taken aback by how they actually seem to care. It’s not something you very much in fast food. Dear manager: your cashier last night deserves a raise.

I stopped by the drive thru on Monday night. I got a small fry and a sandwich. The sandwich was good just like I expected. The fries were cold and hard. Went back the following day to get a refund of over 3 dollars and because I didn’t call the night before they would not give it to me. Their policy is that I had to call. No where does it say that. I paid in good faith for good food. They are supposed to have the owner call me within a few days to discuss this. I had the fries with me along with the receipt. I only expect what I pay for. It’s a real shame that they can’t stand behind their product.
