They left off most of my order, and I didn’t notice until I got home. We didn’t pay for it.I had to drive back and place it again. The dipping taco was very good & my quesadilla was, too. I ordered chips with cheese, and they were basically crumbs.

This used to be a good Taco Bell, order was always right, people were friendly and professional. Now, Just like the McDonalds in town I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell. Tonight they just lost a long time customer. Food was wrong, staff didn’t seem to care. They went through the motions, gave me a disinterested, lazy “sorry” and then “corrected” the problem (they didn’t complete my order, I didn’t find out until I was home and had to drive all the way back across town to get the rest of my food) by giving me a CrunchWrap Supreme with almost no meat on it. I might as well have ordered a vegan CruchWrap. Food quality has hit rock bottom, used to be a good Taco Bell but I won’t be going to this one ever again. Worth the drive to go to a good one somewhere else.

On April 3rd 2023 at around 1130pm I went thru the drive thru. I ordered on the app After telling the person at the drive thru my name they then told me. They don’t have cheesey gordia crunches, chalupas, or rice.They also told me that they don’t even work there… After a long stressful day at work I was not in the mood. Not sure if it was a joke or not but was not very professional.
