CAFÉ & BAKERY
You’ll be greeted warmly at the Fruits of Labor Café & Bakery. Sometimes by a core staff member, other times by a neighbor in recovery or young person in an addiction prevention program. Both groups of students participate in our Nationally Certified American Culinary Federation Quality Training Program & Farm-to-Table Café and Bakery. Each time you visit Fruits of Labor, your purchase invests in our students and allows us to offer this training and certification free of charge.
PROVIDING HOPE We believe people can recover from addiction. But they need a safe place for that to happen and job skills in a vibrant profession.

We just moved here from Raleigh-Durham area, which is a foodie place. So far this is the best food I’ve eaten since moving here, Jessica was our waitress. She was exceptional, friendly, bright, great experience, Food was phenomenal. I’ll be back thank you.

Great place to eat! Wonderful employees who are very personable. The food was amazing!! Tried the food upstairs as well as pizza and ice cream downstairs. 10/10 recommend! Very clean and decorated nicely too. Best food in town, we’ll definitely continue to go back. Wish it was open regularly for dinner!

Stopped by here after coming from Charleston, the food is absolutely AMAZING, I’m so serious…. It’s the best place to eat in WV , fresh food and the cakes are amazing!! The bread on the sandwich is amazing! They deserve 5 stars for sure and the staff was super nice

The food is so fresh and light. It is always delicious comfort food without feeling like I need a nap afterwards. Their staff are so sweet and friendly. I eat here at least once a week. Their soup is always great!

Driving through West Virginia, this charming local restaurant was a gem. Delicious lunch – homemade salads, chicken club sandwich & yummy cheesecake. Very welcoming and friendly service. Highly recommend making a stop in downtown Beckley to visit Fruits of Labor.
