Stopped here because I love kimchi! And they did not disappoint. The best I’ve had. So it’s kind of like an Korean style Chipotle! You can pick your protein and pick the toppings. Delicious I will come back

First time customer: I pulled up to the drive-thru and no one answered, so I went into the restaurant. Food was good. I was offered free potstickers as a first time customer; thank you for that. I ordered the two protein bowl and barely got any protein (unless that is their serving portion). It was mostly noddles and rice, and very little cabbage. I wish the noodles, rice, and cabbage were served in equal parts. It is a bit pricey comparing the price and amount of food you get from other fast-food places serving similar food. I will be back to give them a second chance.

Customer service was great! It was our first time trying this place and we got a free potsticker! I got number 5 with cabbage, rice, noodles, and tangy chicken. The only thing I didn’t like were the noodles, but other than that the food was amazing. I loved the sauces. Will definitely be back!

CupBop has been on my bucket list for a while now, and with now one being open so close to home, I decided to finally go! Food was great and tasty. The meat was fresh and not too chewy, not tough, it was perfect. The spices definitely check out, a level 5 for me was hot!

First time here the workers are so nice & helpful. I asked what the best seller was they said a combo meal so I decided to try that. The music is very upbeat, my daughter & I were dancing while we waited in line to order. I got the beef and tangy chicken with a level 5. I thought the bowl looked small but it has so much food I couldn’t finish it. My daughter definitely enjoyed the chocolate chips that came with the meal. Karla and mark are great. I will definitely be coming back with my whole family to try again. Thank you.

Been wanting to try this place for a little while. Pulled up to the drive-thru on a Saturday at 745pm and nobody was answering me. Tried calling the phone number and nobody answered. I end up going inside and I see one employee on break and one employee standing there. I hear the phone going off and nobody answering it. I was told that they didn’t have rice at this time and I would have to wait 20 minutes. Walked right out. Maybe I’ll have better luck at a different location.

Don’t work or eat here ! Some employees have very lazy customer service! Don’t put enough effort in to making the food! Never wanna clean and just sit on counters and be on their phone. New Manager has a stick up her azz. Please you’re better off eating at other locations! Food is great just not at this location! Also no one likes doing drive thru! Turn away! Some of the employees here don’t even like Korean culture! They complain about how the food taste or they hate playing Korean music! Like quit then!

If thespian says you close at 9pm, then you should be prepared to serve until that time. If you plan on not serving items on your menu after 8:30 because you “turned the fryers off”, then change your hours. Not good seevice.
