As you can see from the picture, the chicken is not cooked. We called about the issue but they didn’t seem to care to much. They did offer to give us our money back on just the chicken, after talking for way to long about the situation but guess what…we never got our money back. I think we should have gotten our money back on the whole BIG DINNER BOX. The reason why, because round trip it takes me 30 to 40 minutes to pick it up. So hungry only to find out one part of the order was not cooked. I get things happen but not to do anything about selling to your customers uncooked chicken is inexcusable. The service and the orders have been hit and miss but mostly on the miss. I love Pizza Hut pizza but I know I’ll won’t be be going back to that location.

Very rude employees. I ordered my pizza at 6:11 pm on 11-13-2020, and at 930 pm I still had not received my pizza. When I called the woman was very rude and told me to shut up. At this point I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on. I called back and held the line for 15 minutes when the same rude woman answered again. At this time she was very rude again, so I had my order canceled!! When offered store credit I refused the store credit and demanded it out back on my debit card. She said she needed to transfer me to a manager in order to do that and hung up on me again. I called back the third time and luckily some one else answered the phone. Finally after 4 hours my pizza order was canceled and my money put back on my card! There excuse? It’s Friday night. Well I will never use this pizza hut again. Pretty sorry service if you ask me. And no this is not the first time I have had a problem here. Won’t be using my credit from last time when they only brought half of my order! It isn’t worth the $10 credit.

Employees need to follow online orders more closely. We order extra sauce on both of our pizzas and both pizzas had barely any sauce on them at all. It was bare. The thin crust pizza dough was so gross tasting that we ended up throwing it away. It was discolored, almost like if it were a wheat crust, and tasted like cardboard.

Most of the staff here is friendly, except Keith. The pizza is excellent and the service is phenomenal, but always confirm your order via phone call if placing from the web.

Ensure that the pizza order is correct and when a customer brings a concern about an item ordered to the attention of the staff it is corrected immediately. We should not have to wait days to have it corrected because you did not wait days to take our money. We deserve what we paid for.
