I’ve been coming to Lake Havasu for over 30 years and stumbled across Ed’s Deli for the first time when I went next door to the hardware store. We ordered 4 whole Hungry Ed! JJ was very helpful and made some excellent recommendations! He recommended getting the sandwiches Ed’s way! He also recommended the potato salad which didn’t disappoint. We ordered pickles and was kind enough to ask if we wanted them cut into spears. Ate half a sandwich and I was tapped out! I’ll definitely be back!

Idk Ed’s deli is not what it used to be. I’m pretty disappointed in what I got for $13. The sandwich was mainly fist fulls of lettuce which I thinned out. I don’t go out to eat much due to the high cost, and this is another reason why.

I would like to start off by saying I’m not posting this to be rude etc. I am just very disappointed.. This is the third time I have ordered Ed’s in the last couple months and either my sandwich was not great or they forgot my side of pepper spread (the best part.) Today my sandwich’s lettuce was totally brown and looked sad.. as a previous restaurant worker I would’ve never let this leave the counter. I have been an Ed’s deli fan for over 10 years since moving here and I sadly will not be able to continue ordering from here. It breaks my heart.

This is a local favorite and each sandwich is made in front of you with care to your exact specifications. The Ed’s pepper sauce is great and the sandwich super fresh. However, their system is one of the inefficient I’ve ever seen. It took almost 10 min to make 2 sandwiches and even with 8 people working the line took forever.

I hate to write this review especially when you consider we have been a customer for over 25 years, but their food portions are no longer acceptable, considering the price of over $11 for a foot long. What you now get is lots of bread and lettuce and almost no meat at all. It is fraud. Hate to say goodbye after a quarter of a century, but I feel it is my civic duty to warn others.

A big “thank you” to the lovely Jacinta for taking care of me and my husband! As first timers, we had no idea what we were doing in putting our sandwich together, but she was kind and friendly and soon set us right again. We drove in from California and I was intent on getting Ed’s before we headed out into the desert. BEST decision of this trip so far! We got a whole footlong He-Man to share for lunch later, and the value of delicious sandwich you get for the price is something I CANNOT get back in California! Plus Jacinta kindly got it cut and wrapped in 2 pieces for us, knowing we were going to share. <3 We came in around 10:30 and there wasn't much of a line yet, for which I'm thankful (although there's also online ordering available!). If I ever drive past again, I'm coming back to try the chicken salad sandwich! :D I RECOMMEND ED'S 20/10!

It’s a sandwich shop. Everything was fresh, but unremarkable. Ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich that didn’t include the bacon. They were very busy with in-person diners, like us, and take out orders. Long wait for sandwiches.
