Fiya is our collage of various Levantine and related cuisines, cuisines that have blended and evolved over centuries, often showing somewhat different personalities as one moves from here to there – Yemen, Morocco, Syria, Turkey, Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Georgia, and many others. And we like to doodle, but we aspire to honor the heritage of the cuisine and especially to welcome all to the restaurant, especially the wonderful diversity that is Andersonville.

The outdoor patio is beautiful and spacious. The interior is also lovely. The service was great. The salatim came with about two tablespoons of each spread, it was ok and the pita that came with it was the best part. The falafel was fine. The Morrocan fish and seasoned fries were the highlight and so good.

The ambiance of their patio made for a wonderfully relaxing evening. The wine selection was abundant & the flavor of our foods were a delight to our pallets. We had the Salatim, our favorites were the Baba Ganoush, Muhamarra (wonderful roasted pepper flavor) & Torshi. The asparagus was phenomenal, it was accented with mint which was so good. Our waiter, Joey, provided awesome service (definitely recommend asking to be seated in his section) & was very knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend making plans to dine in with them

April is a special month in our household. Annually warranting me carte blanche on eateries. So I chose FIYA last Monday for dinner. Best falafel and pita I’ve ever had, ever. The beef tenderloin was second to none and we had already dug too far into the chocolate mousse to get a good photo. If you havent been, go!

Tried on a whim. Walking past on a Friday night, my husband likes food from the Middle East and noticed they were making their own pita. Really unique flavors. I had the eggplant, with pine nuts, he had Moroccan Fish in tomato pepper sauce. The Israeli cheesecake (we split) was a surprise hit, just order it.

What a great meal. I loved the complex and balanced flavors. We ordered perfectly for 3 of us – hummus with lamb, pita, eggplant, salad, Moroccan fish and dessert. Woke up the next day thinking how good it was… always a good sign

Fiya is a really nice looking restaurant with a very quaint and cute patio. The food here is quite good; flavors on everything were top notch, but service was abysmally slow.
