Austin Russ needs to be retrained on customer services. He was the rudest and most unprofessional person we spoke to at this location. We had told the server at the window of some issues we were having with the app. He came to the window and spoke with her to then walk away and say “there is nothing he can do” – the server herself was confused and said she doesn’t know what to do. We then requested a refund and Austin said there is nothing he can do and to contact the customer service. We haven’t been to Caribou for almost 2 years and this just explains why we have stopped coming.

Super busy location. And the staff have a hard time keeping up. Seems like there was only one dominant person making all the drinks. They made my drink incorrect, and I tried to tell them, but they didn’t acknowledge it. I told someone else, and the domineering one said she was working on it. If more of the staff helped with drink prep, they may get things done faster.

Anyway my review for the store was ok the reason because I was thought I have two upgraded drink but unfortunately the online lady they’re Screw up my account so anyway at least at the store you could be kinda nice to told me you can contact the customer service up and then here is your number. Oww problem solved. Not just told me i don’t know anything until I was Google for the number by myself that kinda of bummer..

Staff were friendly and courteous! My friend accidently spilled his drink shortly after buying it, and the staff was kind enough to replace his drink. Highly recommend keeping staff this thoughtful around as long as possible.

The lodge like ambiance of caribou coffee warms the soul like a warm fire on a cold winters day. I don’t typically go to caribou as coffee can get expensive. I have however had the pleasure of meeting the manager here a few times and he is amazing. The first time I went there was on my birthday, but my free drink wasn’t coming up. He made sure I still got a free birthday drink and was so kind. I will be going back when I have the extra cash 🙂

This location the baristas don’t really know how to make the drinks very well or pay attention to the app order. Went twice where the pumpkin press had almost no pumpkin flavor in it. Another time they made us iced drinks even though we ordered hot. Love Caribou drinks when they make it right though. Had to go to a different location.

The poor girl helping me at the register was so kind and sweet and wanted to be helpful. Suzie, whom I presume to be a manager was very crass and rude. This is not my first negative experience at this location. They’re always understaffed. I want to reiterate that ALL other staff today were kind, professional and helpful! Suzie not so much.
