What happened?, As a faithful Golden Krust participant I was highly saddened when I went in to order my usual oxtail and rice dinner meal,and it was seriously bland. I should have left when I saw the white in the rice that was supposed to be peas and rice. Whoever’s idea it was to cut corners ruined a whole faithful relationship. Looking for good well seasoned oxtail and rice. Anyone?

ready for this journey

We really have to do better a customer service. It is my first time visiting the store. I joined the express patty line and the ladies who were working skipped us and did not notify us they were not accepting customer there. Another customer informed us they do not use the express line. The workers complete ignored us so we left.

I had the fried chicken, with peas an rice, held the vegetables and paid for extra plantains. I requested a GENEROUS amount of oxtail gravy over the rice an you know how they respond in Jamaican restaurants when you ask for extra oxtail gravy! Maaaaaan my plate was WET! When I tell you we devoured that food, went back for two more. We killed that, then the next day ordered 3 more of those meals, a small soup, 6 patties an 2 Coco bread! It wasn’t only that the food taste GOOD, it was nothing but smiles while applying that gravy. It was everything (for me) because I like my food wet.

My daughter went here to get a beef patty it was not fresh, so she took it back for a fresh one and it still wasn’t fresh. So I asked for a refund. Customer service not good. I don’t have time to argue with people over my money. Never again at this location. PineIsland and sunrise.

I have always enjoyed the food here but today OMG the food was Disgusting!! The Fried Chicken taste as if it was made 3 days ago, raw inside. The oxtail gravy on the dead flat tasting rice was horrible. I always brag on this location been going for years and Have Never Ever had a bad experience; Today I had to throw away the food, had I sat and ate like my mind told me to do I would have given it back to them. GOLDEN KRUST PLANTATION YOU FAILED MISERABLY TODAY YOU GET AN F-!! I’m so DISAPPOINTED!!

Im Vegeterian and i found red meat in my food. When I called just to informed them of there error. I was told it was a pepper as if I wouldn’t know what a pepper looks like smfh . There goes my business. What hurts me is that I like coming to this particular location.
