Two stars because the employees who worked here were very friendly and the flavor of the burger was good. However, the quality of ingredients did not seem very good, the fries are nothing special, they aren’t able to modify/add any items to your burger that do not automatically come on the specific burger you order, not to mention that two out of our three burgers that we ordered medium temperature came out half well done/half medium rare (not sure how that happens)…the burger wasn’t terrible and this place was fine to try once, but will not be returning.

First time here and they have a $5.00 burger promotion on Tuesdays. The burger was amazing! It’s all grass fed and the buns are locally baked and 100% of the proceeds go to Maui. The fries were good too. Crispy and thin. They brew tea if you’re looking for that. I also tried Dave’s ice cream which is also local. The service was top notch. Their was a wait but with the promotion it wasn’t much of a wait. I would suggest they come up with a better system like numbers or buzzers. They have a $10 lunch special everyday and I’ll be back to try. I highly recommend this place!

Called in the order, that’s great, planned to eat in (was never asked if takeout) planned on biz lunch…got there and told very rudely by the cashier that Kaimuki closes from 2 to 4 pm while she tried to hurry us out (it was 1:55 pm), would not make the milkshake I wanted to add on because they’d cleaned the blender, and the burger was SALTY – inedible, but they’d already shushed us out the door.

Hey now…SUPPORT local! That’s a tasty burger with fries. I ordered the miso Kutie burger, cooked medium-rare, with my choice of bun. I added the truffle oil fries…one of my favorite flavors. It was a deliciously clean burger and worth my one time a month burger craving. Service is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable if you feel overwhelmed by the plethora of amazing choices and combos. Try it for yourself…they just opened this location in Kaimuki.

Great tasting burgers and absolutely amazing fries. Interior was super nice and staff was friendly and patient. Super great place to get lunch or dinner when you need something filling and delicious!!! Will be coming back definitely go here!!!
