Was super excited to get a BWW so close to home but was quite sad when I found out it was a quick grab and go pit stop type place. There are a few TVs with sports on but zero beer. Has more of a cafeteria vibe than it’s original pub atmosphere. The food was exactly what you know and love from the franchise so that’s good to ‘GO’ I’d call ahead to place your order. Glad to have another place to grab a quick meal.

A very welcome addition to this part of town. Glad to have it here. Picked up a fairly large order earlier today and the wings (bone in and boneless) were all very delicious. The place looks super clean and staff was friendly. Don’t let the name fool you, they do have a small dining area as well in case you’d like to have lunch here. Nothing huge or fancy but a nice addition.

Waited to place an order for approximately 10 minutes while the employees held a meeting at a table in the rear of the store, never looking up as people can in to place or pick up an order. They finally ended early as the manager said because they finally saw us. They seem to all think it was funny.

First time we ordered delivery from here using door dash, it was perfect — hot food and exactly what we ordered. The second time it was awful. Everything arrived cold and all 3 of the burgers in the order were made incorrectly…not even close to what we ordered. So we requested a refund and placed a new order for 2 of the burgers…(delivery was quick so this didn’t seem like the worst idea). But alas, twenty some minutes later and both of those burgers were again completely wrong. How do you order a bbq bacon burger twice and both times get an All American cheese burger?? The only positive was that door dash refunds you for these things immediately. But a colossal waste of time for a terrible meal.

Unfortunately after the grand opening this place went down. They are very forgetful. 3x they have forgot food and it’s my mistake for not checking but now I will. I went in for the bogo wings which when I cashed out I was charged full price after the cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt, .When I went back up to the cashier they went to get a manager. The cashier came back and said what other wings do you want for the extra charge. I said I didn’t want any more wings I just wanted the correct price. When the manager came back up he was not understanding fully so I told him refund me and I would order again. I then waited out side and decided to go to giant eagle and thank goodness I did. I came back after 30 mins and was told there was still a wait on my food. 30 more mins passed when I finally received my order. Manager seemed annoyed by having to come up and swipe his manager card which seems to be a tad excessive. They need one even to delete an item. There was cashiers that didn’t quite know what they were doing and didn’t have no one to turn to help them up there. Was just so excited to have Buffalo Wild Wings by us to be let down yet again.

Young kid behind counter was rude to my wife cause they gave my order away or did not make it. Place was full of highschoolers stealing food and no one working for paying customer. Place going down hill since it opened. Probably won’t last as long as hell’s chicken. Sad young kids are plain lazy and theifs
