I’ve been here a couple of times but this last time wasn’t great . I asked for oat milk for my drink and also something to eat . I’m not sure if they couldn’t hear but they didn’t have the order correct at the window and they also had me pay before telling me about the oat milk shortage . After making adjustments they still gave me the wrong items by handing me a drink with coffee and dairy milk . This is all easy things to be fixed and I still have hopes of the change at this location !

Teenagers run this place. They handed me my drink but not my food. Instead of asking me if I needed anything else they gonna just look at me through the window and continue laughing and talking to each other. Like you think I’m still sitting at the window for fun. Other boy had to come give me my food but missing items. Get it together

Wow this is very sad. The lady that I spoke with on the drive through was very very rude. And that is not a nice thing to do, you are suppose to be nice with your customers and when I told the lady at the front. She was also very rude that is not nice at all. I go there all the time with my kids and my experience today was horrible. They need to train their workers how to talk to customers because that was a very sad experience I had just now. I normally don’t write reviews but for this I did because that was a very horrible customer services. Wow what a bad experience I had this morning .

Went there today and got donuts and coffee and the staff was absolutely rude as hell. They made my coffee as iced and it was supposed to be a frozen and when I said something the lady was so nasty. Will not return. Wish management was there during the weekend when these rude teens are working.
