This was my first experience at a Jersey Mike’s. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not like your standard sub shop. I was surprised to see that they cut the meat for your sub when you order. The sub was very fresh, the bread was soft like it had been made within the past hour. The serving of food could be a little bigger but I didn’t walk away hungry. Definitely worth a trip back.

Growing up on the Jersey Shore, all of our subs were made like this!! This is how a sub should be made; shredded lettuce, super thin sliced onion, tomato, oil & vinegar, salt, pepper on great, fresh bread – the flavors lock in instead of falling of the lettuce leafs, etc. Been to the original locations in Pt. Pleasant & Belmar – they’ve been able to duplicate this with multiple locations without losing the quality. Bravo guys!

Ordered on line at 11:50. Received an email that food would be ready for pickup at 12:08. Got there at 12:10, waited another 25+ minutes for my one sandwich. Watched a good 15-20 people who were walk ins served while I waited, even though they arrived at least 20-30 minutes after I placed my order. No apology, no explanation, just a 45+ minute wait total from order to pickup for a single sandwich. Sandwich might be good, I don’t know since my lunch break was fully exhausted standing around waiting. First time here, last time here.

My wife and I stopped in to the Westboro location during the first week of operation and are hooked. A nice and clean shop that conforms to the consistency of the brand. Fresh food, made to order at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, quick and anxious to move any line along. Good franchise location for sure. I will be back soon.

Had two issues with incorrect online orders the first couple of weeks after they opened. Since then, nothing but stellar subs after multiple orders. Available for pickup is accurate and the staff is awesome. If you’ve never eaten here, the Giant size is great for lunch and the other half for dinner.

I agree that for a chain this is really good. First of all the staff was awesome. Super attentive to my 9 year old daughter making sure she got what she wanted. Brought our grinders out to us. Kudos to the staff. Oh and the grinders were great. Wish there was a Jersey Mike’s closer to home. Who ever runs this franchise should look into a location west of Worcester somewhere . Great job everyone!
