Ordered traditional wings , and they are supposed to be fried. Called in to let them know that these were not done the way another store have done them. Their manager got on the phone and she was very disrespectful told me i was wrong , when I tried to explain to her this was my sons dinner and he did not like it, she immediately hung up on me. The worse customer service and I will not be returning! Customer service is about listening to your customers and coming up with a resolution, not being rude and hanging up.

Massey’s Pizza is a lifelong favorite in our family. Both my parent’s families are from the Columbus area and have been going to Massey’s for as long as I can remember. Although I live in Seattle now, every time we come back to visit, Massey’s is our first stop. This time around, we landed at the airport and went straight to the Worthington Hills location. There is no better way to be welcomed home to Ohio than to sit around a table with your family and enjoy the best pizza in the business. Beth took such great care of us and made the experience 10 times better with her hospitality and kindness. We’re lifelong fans and already can’t wait to come back, say Hi to Beth, and enjoy some more of that classic Massey’s Pepperoni Pizza.

Excellent!!!!! Here is the deal, I have been going to Massey’s for over 50 years visiting the original location in Whitehall (I don’t work for them, but I have been a customer for over 50 years). Their pizza is truly “the Cadillac” of pizza, it’s clearly what defines Columbus Ohio Pizza (which competes with Chicago and Detroit any day of the week). Impossibly thin crust, tons of toppings. One secret… Not all Massey’s have the original taste, believe me I KNOW, but this location is SPOT ON! The do it well, I am very excited they are now in my neck of the woods. The wait staff was incredible and took care of us the entire time. Congrats on your Grand Opening, I plan to visit your bar, big screens, have a drink and and incredible meal.

Quite literally the best pizza we’ve had! We’ve been on the search for great pizza in Columbus without luck. But we’re lucky Massey’s found us! We were invited to Massey’s “soft open” and MAN was it gods pizza! The toppings were quality, sauce was perfect and the deep dish dough was just amazing! Definitely recommend and definitely going back!
