I originally placed an delivery order , a representative called and let me know it’s high volumes for delivery approx 3 hrs . I agreed to pick up order and this is what I got . I don’t know if they were being funny or what. I order a 8 piece & recieved 5 wings . I paid for pasta with 2-3 strips of chicken and barely any pasta . This is RIDICULOUS . I called to complain and I keep getting out on hold .

Completely unprofessional! I ordered online and my pizza had been sitting there since 7:23pm. I call the store at 8:30 pm and they tell me to go pick it up, they will charge me again and refund $5.99 for delivery fee. I get to the store and the guy walks to the back and starts laughing with the other males. The only female on shift actually took time to look for my order and gave it to me. They didn’t even offer a refund in store. Didn’t even give me a fork for the pasta. Pizza was cold too!

I rarely leave reviews. Especially negative ones but holy crud. The customer service at this place is literally nonexistent. I ordered 2 pizzas @ around 430 pm. Tracker said 30 minutes or so for delivery. it came “out of the oven” at 5:01pm. It’s almost 6pm and tracker says its delivered and still no pizza so I called to ask if it was still getting delivered. Was on hold for 10 minutes then someone came on the line asked my address and then hung up. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service, they were terrified of a $100 bill in 2023 ♂️ They actually wanted me to leave, find a store that would give me change (wonder how much that would have cost me) and come back while my pizza sits there getting cold ♂️ I just said f it and cancelled my order. They made three expensive pizzas for no reason ♂️ not my fault.
