Wow, the food here is phenomenal! You would be hard-pressed to find a better restaurant in Tacoma. Fresh, local food artistically prepared by a very talented chef. And the menu is always changing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the owner works very hard to run a zero-waste restaurant. Reservations are required, and it is worth planning ahead just to eat here.

Awesome place, lots of interesting little things to look at. Food was fast and delicious. We had the landenburg bomb, the lobster bomb, and the round the outside. And we agreed that that was the order we ranked them. Huge portions, fun staff. We will be back!

This is a truly special place. Chef Shawn Tibbitts is making magic, people! Just don’t forget to make a reservation and definitely don’t bring all your luggage with you or you might be invited to move in We ordered the lobster bomb and the Ladenburg bomb and they are both SO BOMB. Great story of how this restaurant started and Shawn, the owner, gives back to the community and is always in the kitchen cooking from a couple of hot plates only. Only the best quality ingredients used. Very unique in presentation and taste. I would just go for the story alone. Make reservations because it fills up fast and it guarantees you a table.
