Food was fresh and hot. Just got tacos but they were delicious…as always. Washed it down with a nice big cup of cold sweet tea. Staff was friendly as usual. One of my neighborhood favorite places to eat.

Walked into the restraunt it was completely empty not a good sign but I was greeted by the server she was friendly but I only seen her the first time after that she never came back to check on me see if I needed more to drink anything just not great service super slow. The food came out and it was cold after waiting about 20 minutes although the picture looks good the food was sadly bland and cold i had to re season my food and warmed it up at home just so I could eat it. Over all atmosphere is nice, bathroom is shared with the neighboring store.

The restaurant is clean inside and out. There’s plenty of seating and the dining area is very open. You can also call your order in ahead of time. Now regarding the food: No unique flavors here. The food is at most, mediocre. Plates I’ve ordered: Chicken Enchiladas which the sauce is lacking in any type of seasoning. Carne Asada tacos (good, average.) Chicken Mole Enchiladas, (they made me sick, could not finish them.) They seem to be out of chips and salsa quite often, it’s a hit or miss. The chips are not restaurant style, I think they might be Tostitos. Bean and cheese tacos are good. Potato and egg are flavorless. The staff is friendly but I would not call them attentive. Be ready to flag a waitress over to your table even if the restaurant has a few customers. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers, because convenient store food will probably taste a lot better. Or go up the street to Esmeralda’s. Happy Eating

Reminds me of when I was a kid and tasting delicious food for the first time. Carne gusada with cheese, cheese enchiladas, picadillo tacos, literally everything is delicious here. It’s spacious and clean. Youre taken care of. I love it.

My 1st time visiting this establishment. The WORST‼️! Eggs were LUKE WARM. BEANS WERE RUNNY ( LIKE WATER & “COLD” ) potatoes WERE COLD. Had Coffee. I was trying to Ask for French Vanilla, but the waitress doesn’t know a Word Of ENGLISH‼️I kindly said never mind. I See there’s 2 Boxes Of COFFEE MATE FRENCH VANILLA. I go up to the waitress . Pointing this is what I wanted. The Cashier ( she speaks CLEAR ENGLISH) goes to say. THEY ARE FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY ‼️ WOW‼️ Then don’t put them

4 mini tacos cost me $14.00. I got robbed. No sides. They wanted to charge me extra for limes and cilantro too. Try to go to the taco truck across the street instead. You’ll save money and get better service.
