The husband was harassed about picking up the order that was under his name because online confirmation didn’t list a name, even though he has his cc with him that he paid online with. Once food finally was handed over 20 minutes later, they didn’t give him the drink purchased or any of the sauces that were ordered. Food was completely cold. Staff was rude the entire time he was there. Tried to do a complaint online and never heard back.

More like 12 piece burnt, My camera doesn’t even do justice The nuggets look so much darker brown than the picture shows and they don’t taste all too great. Also the whole time I was in the drive-thru really thirsty there was a woman behind the glass sliding window not doing anything couldn’t even get me my drink poor service and poor food

Ordered a $20 Fill Up Box and when we got it home the nuggets that were supposed to be there were just little pieces of chicken skin in the box. My husband took a picture and went back to the restaurant with the receipt to complain. The Manager there was very obnoxious and would not even listen to my husband. She walked away behind the counter and kept mouthing him. She tried to tell him that that is how the nuggets came from the bag. She was very smart mouthed and rude. We will never go back. We will drive to Pryor to the KFC there. Better service and better food.

Service was very fast and friendly! We were told in advance about a wait on part of our food, and our food was obviously fresh cooked!! Dine in is served “to go” style, which reduces cleaning work–smart idea! BEST KFC experience in the last year at ANY KFC restaurant!

This is easily one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something! The girl doing drive thru was very rude and talked to me like I was dumb when I asked if the nuggets were in the bag. Turns out they weren’t! When I got home I called five different times and no answer which shouldn’t be too surprising. The food was stale and when I said I’d wait for some more extra crispy to be ready she said “there won’t be any ready for awhile”. So not only was the service terrible, food terrible, missing food, and they didn’t answer the phone but they don’t do military discounts at this location! She looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it like I always have at every other location and rudely said “we don’t do that”.

I like KFC, I just HATE this location in Claremore, OK! EVERYTIME I go through drive thru, I always leave with at least 1 thing missing from my order! Every.single.time!!!
