From manager to some employees not professional rude no customer service experience at all. You tell them your order thru the drive thru line repeatedly then you get to the window that hardly ever have receipts to give you. Why I do not understand? Then they gets the order wrong and tells you, you didn’t ask for it. Again, it’s being told to them repeatedly. So, next how do we suppose to know what we are being charged for if we do not have our receipts for proof of purchased. I had to drive back around because some of which I ordered was not in the bag. The customers in front of me and behind me had to pull over and wait a long time for our orders. The manage tells me when I gets to the window the second time I have to pay for it, I didn’t mind paying but, if they would have given the receipt I would not had to drive back around after sitting and waiting the first time around. Not good customer service at all. Need to be under new management. Too many complaints at this location.

They rush you through the line I came in for lunch on 08/30/23 the girl that was taking the orders said we was taking too long. When you order your food you want what you pay for and not be rushed. They wish people to hurry with their orders and still don’t get the orders didn’ right.

I’m usually not one to complain about my food, but I was a little hurt with this one. Usually they always do amazing every time I order something. Anywho I made an online order. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a vanilla shake, and a hot n spicy meal with a strawberry banana smoothie. I also got a 6 piece nugget. I was told to pull up to wait on my order, which is fine because I also work in fast food industry so I know how it is. But I thought I was being pulled up for fresh food. I was pulled up for at least 20 mins (which is way to long). Once I got my order, my smoothie was watered down so it really wasn’t a smoothie. Tasted terrible! And my nuggets tasted burnt. NOTHING WAS FRESH! I know how it is to work in fast food and how the customers feel after waiting so long for FRESH FOOD. I was disappointed, but no hard feelings. Just wanted to bring to your attention so next visit would be better. By the way, staff was really nice!!

this establishment is the worst i’ve ever been to. we come in on a sunday morning before church. as we come in the entire staff is cussing and screaming at eachother. it made everyone in the building uncomfortable. it was very unprofessional and the lady’s that were fighting need to be fired from the job if they are going to advertise there company like that. it was the equivalent to walking in a construction job site and hearing cussing and yelling. the difference is that there was little kids and family’s in the building

well, they have a lot of workers, which is rare at this time in the world. but these are terrible workers, it’s quantity over quality over here. they’re trying their best (I think, I hope). but some have bad attitudes and they mix up orders and it takes them forever to make a coffee and when you do get your coffee, it’s not all the way full.
