Person taking the order was very nice. I asked for a bacon and cheese biscuit. Extra crispy bacon could not be delivered crispy. Also, not everyone charges me for sauce, they did, they charge me for sauce but couldn’t put napkins in the bag or make the bacon correctly, this is a continuous problem.

Stop by there at least 3 times a week in the morning and the biscuits are always nice and fresh and baked all the way through and my sausage and egg is always on point. I don’t even eat eggs but for some damn reason the eggs at Bojangles always pull me in. So go and get the sausage and egg biscuits 2 of em for 5 bucks and put grape jelly on em and I bet you get it like that every time. If you goin later in in the day get the Cajun bacon cheddar melt with seasoned fries. Best damn sandwich there is.

I ordered a 4 pc supreme meal with fries and a sweet tea. The cashier was super friendly and efficient. My issue is with two, well three, things. One is the price which correlates to another concern of mine which is the size of the supremes. I paid almost $12 for what I consider baby supremes. If the prices are going to continue to go up then the portion of the food should reflect said price increases as well. Im unable to attach a picture but the supremes are less than satisfactory for the price charged. Lastly, I ordered SWEET tea and it tasted like flavored water with barely any flavor at all. Definitely not sweet tea. I was very disappointed with my visit today.

I’ve been to this bojangles multiple times, and time and time again, something bad always happens in the service department. Today during my lunch break, I ordered through mobile so I could have time to eat. Not only did they make me wait 20 minutes for my food (which was only 4 items), but they kept lying to me on how much time was left, and tried to gaslight me into saying that I knew said information. The service is AWFUL, especially in the drive-thru! Like I said, this isn’t the first time. The food is the only reason it’s 2 stars instead of 1. Hopefully dine-in isn’t the same situation. In the end, I only had 10 minutes to scarf down my lunch.

Went through the drive-thru got a chicken sandwich and a half a gallon of sweet tea I left and went across the street to get gas and realized I left my card there so went back and they didn’t have it but the manager was very concerned we came to the conclusion that he did give it back to me and that I would call him to let him know that I found it as he would worry otherwise I did end up having it and calling but the fact that he said he would worry about it and asked me to call and let him know says it all for management very kind respectful manager thank you
