A great pizza that’s different from most of the area others. A thick crust pizza with a unique sweet sauce. I like mine with pepperoni and mushrooms. Order ahead as they sometimes sell out and they only have one oven so you may not be able to get the pie when you want it.

We had ordered a large plain pizza. It cost $16. It was really good. And the guy who what’s cooking the pizza and everything. Was very nice. And a great personality. I would visit them again. They do get very busy especially on the weekends that still give you a time to come pick up your stuff instead of you getting to pick a time. You do sometimes have to wait longer than the time you say depending on how busy they are. I do recommend them to at least try once.

This is the best pizza on the planet! The crust is perfect. A sweet thick sauce and a cheese blend you can’t get anywhere else. To top it off the hotsauce is just the right amount of spice without dominating the whole pizza. New York and Chicago got nothing on Centiole’s.

I have been a Centiole’s pizza fan for years. To say I was upset when it was announced they were closing was an understatement! I was a bit apprehensive that the place was sold and was reopening. Once I had my first slice my concern was gone. It was great to see Margaret and David at the helm making magic one pizza at a time. The pizza is as great as it has always been and thanks to the new owner Todd, they have earlier hours and you can pick a general time you want your pizza not given a time. If you have not tried it since it has reopened do so. You will not be disappointed!

Tiny hole in the wall pizza place in the back of the family’s house. The nicest pizza makers you’d ever want to meet, I make a pilgrimage to Centiole’s once a year and they always remember me and say hi, very nice to their customers. The pizza is fantastic, nice thick dough with a sweet style sauce and thick, bubbly cheese. Worth the trip for any pizza connoisseur. Only catch, you have to order at least a day in advance! When you’re done, go up the street to Tony’s Lunch and get a screamer.
