Staff greets you as you walk in. Ready to take your order once you find your way thru the extensive menu. Prices were around $10 for a medium (7″-8″) sandwich. Took a little while for us to get our order, 4 subs. But oh my, it was absolutely worth the wait. The bread was light and airy and also toasted but didn’t just flake apart to nothing when you bit into it. All of the shaved meats were delicious. I had the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub and the sauce on it was amazing. Nothing about any of our sandwiches was in any way bad. The staff also nailed all of the custom requests for each sub. Paying $10 for a sub here compared to what some of their competitors give you for $10 is a steal. 100% Recommended

2nd maybe 3rd time in 4 years. This time the service was just having a bad day, I know people don’t mean to make you stand for in line while they talk about nothing to their co-worker. And the food this time just was not fresh, it was average cold and over-sauced to the point that the bread was soggy. Just an overall experience you would expect from a subway, not an up scale finer quality place.

Absolutely love Firehouse Subs “when they’re open!” This is the only location I have been to that is always closed during dinner times. They close at 5 pm on weekdays (11 a – 5 pm) and supposedly 7 pm on weekends, but I’ve seen it closed before 6 on weekends. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

Ordered through Uber eats. Waited over an hour for my food to made, then it was cancelled by the restaurant with no explanation or apology from them. I now have to go the rest of my shift without eating, since I used my lunch break to order from here. What kind of customer service is that?!

First, I love what Firehouse Subs stands for and who they support. Order was really poorly made/checked for accuracy, one chili was 1/2 full, other 2/3. Sandwich was ordered with caramelized onions, none on sandwich, pickle spears ordered for both, none received. These items were not ordered during rush hour. Please Firehouse, check your orders.

First time trying sub sandwiches from this place. Very delicious! The bread was soft, fresh ingredients, and a hearty amount of meat. Definitely better than Subway or Jimmy John’s! I’ll have to come back and try more sandwich varieties.
