I only gave a 2 because the food is always delicious! It’s the women they have as cashiers in the window that take orders. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and they are always rude. Terribly rude. In the middle of taking my order I changed my mind on what I wanted. Clear as day this darn lady says “Oh my Godddddd” in the most loud unprofessional way ever. I almost did t even want to buy but my husband is wonderfully humble. Do better. Customer service sucks

Customer service was good took My order on a 730 Saturday evening. Fries are so hot and crispy could use a little salt but I can season my own… The wings are small however at least I know they are not pumped with antibiotics and steroids lol!! Honey bbq and lemon pepper I wasn’t too crazy about the lemon pepper wet sauce but they still taste good. I like that you can have up to the different flavors!!

Wings are a size of a quarter and always low vibrational attitude. & the last time I went the lady literally dropped my phone and cracked the screen . Thank god I’m good to get it fixed but I would say go cook or find you some bigger wings and brighter attitude who’s grateful to serve you .

I never go in. I like going here because of the drive thru. My wings are always just how I like them. One of the few places I can get Cajun lemon pepper mix which is my fav! They are hot & Crispy. Wish they would season the fries but overall it’s my #1 hood wing spot on the S. Side. I drive from Lovejoy to come here. Also like that their wings aren’t super big. I like normal size chicken wings

Man the the girls at the window are ALWAYS rude. Rushing your order and just unfriendly. It really sucks bc I enjoy the food, but no matter what time or day or cashier they ALWAYS have an attitude.

My husband attempted to get take out here and as other reviews have stated, customer service from the extremely rude lady was horrible!! After placing his order and getting to the window, the rudeness & nasty attitude continued, he drove off!! I’m pretty sure she didn’t care but the owner SHOULD!!

They are always fast, food is consistently delicious, staff is friendly and ready to help! Plus they always have something good playing on the TV if you come inside. Drive-thru is fast and efficient! Love this place ❤
