Horrible experience!!!! Cashier made me feel as if I was putting her out of her way to do her job. I ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner with all the sides to go and when I got home boy was there a surprise for me! I got eight pieces of chicken was charge over $36 and below are pictures of the size of the chicken I got. Very disappointing! When I called the store five times nobody answers. Not cool! I will spread the word!

Placed a to go order at the drive up. Fast food is not my usual go to meal so I was not used to the menu. I ordered dark meat for my husband and all I wanted was chicken tenders. There was a 5- pc chicken tender “box” (which I guess is like a “meal”) but all I wanted was the chicken tenders. So instead of explaining that they don’t sell just tenders in a quantity of 5, they over charged me. In fact, I could have ordered 6-pcs of chicken tenders cheaper! I even questioned the high price when I got to the payment window and the guy just said “that’s what the price is”. With cars behind me, I quickly moved on but the price still didn’t sit right with me so I checked my slip. They charged me for a 3 pc chicken tender then two more pieces “a-la-cart”. This ended up costing $3.30 more than buying a 6 piece. So the manager, Ed, was reluctant, but agreed to give me the difference back and told me for the next time, “that’s not how they do it”. I tried explaining that it would have been helpful if the person who took my order would have explained that, but he was too busy to be concerned with me and totally ignored me. The fact that he gave me money back is why I’m giving 2 stars and not one. They should train their workers better in the customer service department.

Got excellent service from rep servicing the counter. Showed me where to get several items I needed to eat my lunch with. Offered bag with handles so it would be easier to handle. Spoke distinctly and clear which was great! Spoke with a voice from someone who truly cared for a senior visiting this store. Good, hot food and reasonably priced. Been eating that 3 pc. meal for 20 years and will continue, hoping I get a good staff member again.

I had placed a mobile order for tenders. On my way to pick them up(15 minutes away) I stopped to purchase some items at a grocery store then proceeded on to this KFC. When I arrived I noticed no order at the pickup place. I waited until the cashier finished with the two other people waiting to order and I heard her mention that there no tenders.

You don’t get full portions. I have to go to my second job in 30 min so no time to go back. I paid $40 and didn’t even get half a portion of the fries or a full portion of the mashed potatoes or Mac n cheese.

The food was subpar and I ordered an extra coleslaw and an order of Mac and Cheese and never received them. The biscuits were horrible, borderline inedible due to them being old and stale. It was disappointing, I also asked for sauces and never received any at all. Usually enjoy this KFC, but never again.
