Took forever just to order Lady said she and everyone else had alot of in store orders. Four cars in parking lot. Waited for at least 5 minutes to order. For 1 sandwich. I personally wouldn’t suggest to get any food there.

I wasn’t really unhappy with my visit but I felt like they had a lot of new people that didn’t really know what they were doing. The cashier was friendly but didn’t know the menu well. My husband had to ask 3 times what the difference between the bourbon brisket and steak because he had to practically yell for it to reach the person making the sandwiches since the cashier didn’t know. The I asked for turkey instead of chicken on the chicken bacon Swiss because I really liked the sandwich without the fried chicken like they used to offer it forever ago. I was charged and extra $1.39 just to sub out the chicken for sliced turkey. Our food was good though and our cashier even came to check on us. Overall was not wowed though.

Possibly the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to! (Visited 12/11/22 around 6:00 pm) The employee who took our order was extremely kind and friendly. Our food was hot/fresh and ready quickly. A very nasty customer came in while we were dining and started berating the employees over something minor. I would’ve jumped over the counter and punched the customer, but the employees handled it very professionally.

This is not the first time having a problem with my food . The food has been not that fresh . I ask the person who took my order that I wanted the Burger to be fresh and my fry’s also said that they will be cooked fresh . Got home and the burgers were not fresh . Fry’s where cold . It’s not cheap to eat out and then the food is bad .

Warning for customers to check your receipts. Inside of the store the 6pc Moz is still on the board for the “2 for $7” everyday value. They rang up full price, manager said that corporate knows about it but hasn’t fixed it. Only the 4pc ring up 2/$7z He changed to the correct price for me for two 6 pieces.
