I went last night to celebrate my friend Graduating nursing school. They made us feel so special. The food was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Nick our server was excellent all ways making sure we were ok. Karen came over and Congratulated or graduate. That made her feel so special. Thanks Jersey City for making our night.

I have been here many times over the past five years. Service and atmosphere were good, but the food was not always good. I usually order ribeye or porterhouse for two. And I clearly feel that the meat quality has became worse and worse in the past two years, lots of hard tendons in the steak seriously affect the taste. It doesn’t feel like it’s dry-aged beef. So, I will not consider dining at Ruth’s Chris again, I believe there are good steakhouses in the Newport/Grove St area that are worth the price.

I am glad there is another Ruth’s Chris here! The food is great as the one I’ve tried in Savannah. The lobster soup is the best lobster soup that I’ve ever tried. And ribeye and creme brule are just amazing, I’ve ordered this set in the photo many times.

What can I say… I almost spent my night at Fire & Oak next door. For some reason, I just knew Ruth Chris would better and boy was my expectations exceeded. Holy moly, talk about SERVICE. From the entrance, Linden and Robert made us feel so welcomed! They chatted with us, asked us why we were there, and we were sat at a BEAUTIFUL booth! Then Paul and Mario came over and took care of the bread and the water, gracious as can be. But then the real kicker came… our waiter Vincent. I won’t even come here if he’s not working. This guy is just the best of the best. He made our entire night; the ENTIRE staff made our night! My husband said even if the food was terrible we’d still give this place a 5 star review because the service was ELITE. BUT! The food was just as amazing. Nobody beats Ruth’s… ever. Not any restaurant near here, not any restaurant ever. Stop trying to go to new places, and come to where you know is the best always. RUTHS!

My very first time at Ruth’s Chris and it was superb. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived a little after my reservation however they weren’t busy so I was taken to my table. The lighting is perfect. I chose the bottled water which was a large size and a quality brand. The bread was so warm and delightful. I had the Garlic crusted Seabass on a bed of spinach and their garlic mashed. Everything was so divine. I ordered a lemon drop and it was well made. Lastly I had the bread pudding and it was a nice size and very delicious. Everything was reasonably priced and i like this location because it’s close to the water. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Came here after work for a solo dinner at the bar and it was a great experience. Johnny the bartender took great care of me. He made two delicious cocktails for me and the food was delicious. I had the 3 course meal with a side and all of it was good. Steak and lobster was cooked perfectly.

I love Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Recently I visited Jersey City location.This was probably the best dining experience I have ever had. All of the employees were professional and savvy. I had the ribeye. This truly was the best I’ve had. The quality, the preparation, and service was truly impressive. I cannot wait to go back again. And you got to try the Blackberry Sidecar
