Third chance I’ve given them in 6 months. Once again they are out of stock in roast beef, chicken, and 80% of the items on the menu . I tried the jalapeño poppers and I promise they weren’t worth the 15 minute wait.

For at least the 6th time in as many months the store is not open on time. A different reason each time. Obviously corporate needs a poster child store for mediocrity, apathy, and indifference. If anyone in Tarboro wonders why you can’t attract worthwhile companies to locate their factories and businesses here, just take a look at the “workforce ” and “ethic”.

I have been here many times and i am disappointed a lot. Food not being hot, having to wait long periods of time to get certain items or items not in your bag. Trying to call to let them know your item is missing and you never get an answer. But are told you should have called to let them know you were missing items. How it that possible if no one will answer the phone when you call multiple times an still get no answer. Please fix these problems. I love Arby’s and would love to see this store up to par.

I ordered the Greek Gyro meal and asked for extra onions only because the last time I ordered the same meal, they didn’t put any onions on it at all. So, I don’t know if they were trying to funny or not but instead of extra onions, they gave me ONE. A customer should not have to pull out and open their food at the window of the drive through just to make sure the employees do their jobs. That was my last time eating at that location. They seem to be out of their Arby’s sauce constantly, overcook the food, or prepare it incorrectly. Next time, I’ll just drive to Rocky Mount or Greenville location.
