We loved going to cafe USA. We really enjoyed the food and the customer service was awesome! Biscuits and gravy were good gravy was a little on the thin side but the biscuits were awesome! Also the debris bowl (think that’s what it was called!) was huge and awesome!!! Try it! The omelets were delicious as well! The cafe burrito was pretty good wish there were more eggs in it, but still delicious! We will for sure be back!

We had a great lunch. Decor was typical Americana. Food was delicious and the portions were spot on. We had the hand-battered fried pickles, Smokehouse burger, & Mushroom burger and we were both impressed (no small feat!). We’ll definitely go back to try a few more items on the menu.

First time I went I ordered the roast beast. Gravy was congealed and lukewarm, meat was wierd texture, and way too salty. Couldn’t finish it. Went back today a year later thinking maybe they’d changed their ways. We ordered the fried pork chops. They tasted like pork water! Zero seasoning, and the batter all fell off the pork soon as you touched it – no binder. The mashed potatoes were over done with parsley or whatever they put in it. The brown beans were literally the same as someone got a great value can of brown beans and dumped them in a bowl – again zero seasoning. We will NEVER return. I gave them 2 stars because the waitress was nice, and the AC worked.

Update: It’s been about a month and we came back to try the breakfast. Overall, same issues as below. The quality of the food and service doesn’t match the premium pricing. Our eggs were not cooked as requested, the hash browns were cool and not crispy, and the biscuits tasted dry and of the frozen type. They forgot to add bacon to my order and forgot my wife’s toast. They had plenty of help, but seemed unorganized. Overall not a good experience or value for our money.

The food was so fresh and their portions were very generous. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. We stopped for lunch and my husband had their Reuben sandwich with fries and I had the tuna fish sandwich with a side salad. We both enjoyed our selections. We plan to go back and try their breakfast items as well. Highly recommend!
