Drive through for chicken sandwichs. Not one other customer in sight. One spicy two classic with extra pickles. Not as fresh and hot as I sometimes get at other locations and not as big but still good,someone smashed my top bun. ☹️

You know when comes to customer service you could pretend to enjoy your job. The least you can do is greet your customer with a fake smile. I also teach my kids to say please and Thank You . The staff never once responded to my kids. My five year old said Thank You and nothing I heard my son say Thank You and might have heard something not sure it was words more of a grunt noise. My last boy went back to ask for something and the whole transaction was silent. Not sure here you go buddy . .. just a quiet hand off and right back to it. To tops they weren’t busy by any means. Love April but havent seen her here lately. Well anyhow tell your employees please and thank you require some type of response especially if it’s from kids. Keep up thee fast service.

I travel all over Oregon and Washington due to business. The KFC in Madras is absolutely the Best KFC I have ever had the pleasure of eating! Fast, friendly, professional, service, but the quality of the Chicken here is off the charts! I had the Classic Chicken Sandwich and it was big, juicy, and cooked perfectly! This is absolutely the Best #1 Classic Chicken KFC Sandwich I have ever eaten! I Definitely will be keeping the KFC in Madras as my go to when on my way to the Bend area!

3:00 p.m. Sunday visit, we had 3 and 4 piece chicken strip meals. The chicken and fries had been in the “warmer” too long producing “fill” in food quality – chicken dry and chewy, the fries simply too long in warmer. Employees were nice. Having been previous patrons we expected better, but will have second thoughts before re-visiting in near future. Considered comment to help, but other customers present and didn’t wish to spread our impression.
