This eatery puts a different twist on burgers. My friend got the Cholulita special cemita (burger with Breaded chicken chorizo, ham, chop and egg) and a taco de tripas. He enjoyed his meal. I ordered a traditional torta with carne asada and taco de chile relleno. The food was prepared fresh and the ingredients were good. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I’ll be back to try some other menu items.

I had the menudo and it was delicious and my boyfriend had a cemita, he liked as well. To drink we had mango water and tamarind water, and horchata all 3 were delicious. There was a soccer game on all the TVs and when it was half time a DJ played some songs. A bit loud couldn’t have a conversation. Our server was great.

We paid an entrance fee around 10pm to be able to eat. Twice security came around and asked us if we were staying or leaving. Even though we were still eating the first time and the second time we had just finished eating, barely paying the bill. To me, that’s super unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely dont recommend nor will come back. Don’t waste your time or money.

dont come eat here the waitress is rude, they take forever the food sucked the tampiqueña had no flavor and then my girlfriends rice was literally soaked in grease and we told them about it didnt even offer to switch it out and just came and took the plate didnt comeback. theirs better places in villa park to eat. oh and the enchiladas that come with the tampiqueña are nasty the sauce isnt good i make them better at home and im not exagerting. but that short waiter is horrible

I just had the pleasure of trying the Cemitas Poblanas at Cemitas Poblanas restaurant. I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into the bread that these sandwiches are known for, and it didn’t disappoint. The brioche-like egg-based bread, with its toasted nutty sesame seeds, was light and fluffy, and served as the perfect base for the sandwich.
