Went through the drive thru to get my family food got how and found out I was missing half my order, went back to get it fixed and it took them almost 30 minutes to get a Big Mac meal and two kids meals, they were not busy at all and no one was at the front counter while employees kept looking at me and just ignoring me. Not happy at all

I go here all the time and my food is always messed up some way but tonight really made me mad I ordered two number one. One with two extra cheese and extra Mac no pickles the slip they put on read right and so did my receipt but of coarse not a drop

Nobody does inside hardly anymore…and everytime I try to use the app and order it always comes out wrong and full price…last 3 times wrong everytime .. all 30.00 orders wrong … Last time the manager said I ordered something else other than I ordered .. I politely asked for a refund .. it’s just really not ready for what’s already happened… Although the drive thru is flowing ok… It’s just not easy to use the app so it seems unfair for everyone that doesn’t know how to use it…and has no idea what they are missing out on …it’s a unfair advantage and is a complete failure in all fast food stores and that has caused the extreme amount of loss not only for the costumers but the franchise … They’ve invested millions and invest in millions of security to use the applications and all they all have done is lost.
